Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the ITB Trading website currently handles information. It reflects the application as built now, not systems that may be added later.

What this site does not currently do

The public website does not offer public user accounts, payments, paid subscriptions, a newsletter signup, an advertising system, or an analytics platform. ITB Trading does not sell personal information.

Technical data processed by hosting

Hosting and web infrastructure may process standard technical data necessary to operate and secure the site. Depending on the host and server configuration, this can include IP address, browser or user-agent, request time, requested URL, and server or security logs. That processing is performed so the site can be delivered and protected, not to build marketing profiles.

Cookies

Laravel uses a session cookie and a CSRF (security) cookie that are technically necessary for the admin login area. These are not advertising cookies. Public readers who do not log in to admin do not need an account, and this policy does not treat those necessary admin/session cookies as tracking cookies.

Contact and later features

This Privacy Policy must be reviewed if any of the following are added later: Google Analytics or another analytics platform; advertising; a newsletter; public accounts; contact forms that store personal information; payments; subscriptions; third-party embeds; or tracking cookies.
